Welcome to the Kokomo Housing Authority's Partner Portal. We are pleased to partner with Landlords participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
As a registered User, you will be able to view your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and view the Landlord Newsletter and other documents online.

Our goal is to increase our level of service to you by providing 24/7 online service options that will reduce the need for you to call or visit the Kokomo Housing Authority during business hours.
